Anahata Healing
the power of the body & mind to heal itself
Every Anahata treatment is a comprehensive, full body & mind experience. Personalised to your needs; it enables your body & mind to release what it has been holding onto. Wether this is tension, aches, chronic pains or old trauma.
Every treatment starts with a guided meditation and breath work to prepare, followed by a body treatment with the added use of Sound Bowls.
This holistic approach is designed to re-align each and every muscle, open joints and separate ligaments. This increases the flow of blood, oxygen and lymph fluids throughout the body.
While deeply relaxing and stilling the mind. Creating space to heal.

The initial release facilitates the body’s natural healing and restoration processes, returning it to its desired state of wellbeing. The body inherently knows how to rebalance, realign and restore itself.

A new vitality and wholesome feeling of wellness is welcomed into the body as aches, pains, stress and anxiety disappear and as the weight of old, unresolved traumas lift.
Mind . Body . Soul
Anahata is not limited to treating a single ailment or area. Our whole body works in harmony, so every part must be attended to, invigorated, and enabled to self-heal.
An Anahata treatment works on the entire body to oxygenate, free, and re-align the muscles. Properly aligned muscles allow the skeletal structure to correct itself, freeing trapped nerves and opening vital blood and lymph channels.
It works on the mind by releasing the right hormones through breath work and meditation techniques.
Anahata helps to drain lactic acid and promote the detoxifying of waste to support the immune system and boost overall wellbeing, as well as energising the circulatory system to restore fresh oxygen, proteins and nutrients.

A few examples of what Anahata may help with: chronic pain, sciatica, joint pain, back pain, insomnia, chronic fatigue, anxiety, posture, depression, overall wellbeing.
Treatment
Anahata is a process of releasing and unfolding layers, which ideally should take place over a minimum of three treatments. With at least 4 days in between.
If this somehow does not suit your schedule we can discuss other options to make you benefit fully of the healing process.
After this, additional treatments may be beneficial, depending on your progression as the system shifts and the body responds.
