There are many different ways to meditate and many reasons to do so. At Holistica we regularly explore the options so you can find a way that works for you. Everyone can meditate if we let go of the idea that we must stop thinking.
Meditation is a practise of mindfulness. Join us in letting go.

Breathwork. At Holistica we practise and teach a variety of breath work. Breathing is natural but breath work is a tool. Sometimes it will be let go of stress and anxiety and to introduce a state of calm. Sometimes it will be to heal old trauma. Other times it is to energise, improve performance and explore altered states. There is breath for everything that one may need at a specific time in life. We often focus on simple day to day breathing to ream in the benefits of the ideal breath.
We use breathwork and the many different ways in which one is able to use their breath to improve aspects of their emotional, physical and spiritual health.
