This Sound Spa Retreat is a luxurious self care moment where we bring your mind & body to a state of inner & outer calm.

Mental balance and inner peace go hand in hand. To achieve mental balance it is important to prioritze self-care, set healthy boundaries and manage stress levels. Inner peace can be cultivated through mindfulness practices such as meditation, journalling and gratitude.

We will start our morning with a kopal and cacao ritual to cleanse and warm the heart. Also expect: meditation, Gua Sha, breathwork, restorative rest, journalling and a 1hr Sound Healing.
